ROOF SEALANTS
Sealants are materials that are used to prevent the passing of a substance through an opening or across a joint. Roof sealants are used with the purpose of preventing leaks and they may be used on regular homes, travel trailers, mobile homes.
We offer the following products:
- Asphalt Roof Sealants: Also known as "Huck and Puck"- Seals leaks and openings around flashing, copings, roof decks, roof vents and loose shingles. Water-resistant, stays flexible, solvent clean-up. Excellent adhesion and weathering qualities. Can be applied to wet surfaces. Withstands extreme temperatures.
- Roof Patching Membrane and Cement: Ideal for patching cracks, holes, breaks around chimney and vent flashings, gutters and air conditioners. Blends in with existing white roofs. Used with fiberglass mesh to repair small leaks and cracks.
- Roof Asphalt Paper Sealant: Each roll is 18" wide x 33 ½' long. For quick waterproof repairs. Self-sticking, 40 mil asphalt backing. Simply cut a piece to size, peel the paper off, and stick it over the problem area. This a quality product!
- Aerosol Spray Sealants: Adheres to most any surface by simply spraying on, very easy to apply! Provides years of protection. Water-Proof. Contains Synthetic Rubber for greater flexibility. Will not freeze, crack, run, sag, or peel. One can covers up to 50 square feet. Areas of use include: any roof, A/C and heating units, gutters and downspouts, drip pans, duct work, and roof vents. Works on mobile homes and RVs
